Janette (Bingham) McNeal-Robinson, 66 years old, departed this life on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Janette was born on September 13, 1958 in Meridian, Mississippi, to the union of the late father, Ruben Bingham and mother Climmie Jenkins.
Janette's academic journey began at Pilot Middle School. Janette is a proud graduate of Ottawa Hills High School. She furthered her education at Grand Rapids Community College. Dedicated to public service, Janette served nearly a decade in the U.S. Army as both a medic and an administrative assistant. Her career spans various roles across different industries, including a accountant at Holland Motors Express, a position at WMMZ Country Radio Station in Muskegon, MI, and leadership as the Head Chief at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services.
After a fulfilling professional journey, Janette has since embraced her well-deserved retirement, reflecting a career characterized by dedication, versatility, and service.
Janette found Christ at an early age at Bethel Pentecostal Church under the late Pastor William C. Abney. Janette then joined Holy Trinity Church under Bishop Nathanial Wells Jr. of Muskegon, Michigan. Janette devoted her life to her faith and continued her spiritual journey at Christ until her passing, which occurred here at New Covenant Community Church under the pastoral care of Pastor Nigel Likely.
In her personal life, Janette cherished engaging in a variety of activities. She was passionate about arts and crafts, actively participating in her church community.
She enjoyed cooking and baking, as well as knitting. Her love for travel took her on memorable journeys with friends, family, and her husband.
