Jo Ann Davis

Jo Ann Davis went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 4, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.  

JoAnn Davis leaves a collection of memories her loved ones will forever hold dear in their hearts.  Children: Yolanda Davis, Cory (Tarra) Davis.  Grandchildren: Brianna Blackburn, Jonathan Davis, Vanessa Harris, and Maya Thompson.  Siblings: Donna (Sam) Martin, Cynthia Jenkins, Wayne Townsend, and Toni Cooley.  Uncles: Jerry (Maggie) Turley of Chicago, IL; Terry (Janina) Turley of Swansea, IL.  Aunts: Doris (Johnny) Walker, Doris Merriweather-Turley, Sandra Vaught, and Brenda (Shelton) Watkins..  Extended family: Autumn Baldwin and Xilo Harris, Seven nephews, five nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews and many God-sisters, cousins, friends, and loved ones.

A memorial celebration of her life, love, faith and service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, June 21, 2025 at From the Heart Christian Community Church, 1090 – 36th Street, SE, Grand Rapids, MI.  Rev. George W. Davis, Senior Pastor & Eulogist
