Julius Muhammad was born in
Sacramento, CA on 25 Feb, 1969 to Florean Hope and Julius C. Herron Sr.
(deceased). His Mother later relocated to Denver, CO and married Danny Hope

Julius
received his primary education in the Denver Public School system, but
graduated from Buena Vista High School in Saginaw, MI. He later earned a

Julius

Julius

well as in any community he resided in. He most recently resided in Muskegon,
MI where he quickly connected with the residents with the intent to give them hope
and a voice to make a difference in the community where he was most recently
elected to the Muskegon Heights Board of Education. He was someone who grabbed
everyone’s attention as soon as he entered the room. He represented a
torchlight for Muskegon Heights and pledged to make the community a safe and
decent place to live. His goal was to develop a culture of learning &
intellect, to get rid of ignorance, jealousy, envy, and the lack of love that
divides us as a people.
He
was a loving father, husband, grandfather, son, brother, uncle who devoted his
